Two Waleses, two venues
Geography splits Welsh delegates neatly: the M4 corridor trains in London (the Cardiff page has the plans), while north Wales is Manchester territory; Wrexham and the coast line reach Piccadilly inside two hours via Chester.
Welsh law is ahead of England on one front
Since 29 November 2024, Wales has operated the UK’s first mandatory licensing scheme for special procedures: tattooing (including SPMU/microblading), body piercing, electrolysis and acupuncture. The scheme requires practitioner licences, approved premises and accredited infection-prevention training. Injectables are not yet covered (councils have urged their inclusion), and Wales has no under-18 toxin/filler statute. If your Welsh practice touches SPMU or microblading, licensing is a now-problem rather than a later one; our governance course walks you through the application.
