Bookings and payment
A place is reserved when your booking is submitted and confirmed when the deposit (or full fee, where no deposit applies) is received. Balances are due 14 days before the course date. Long qualifications are invoiced in published stages aligned to delivered teaching.
Cancellations and transfers
- 14+ days before the course: free transfer to a later date, or refund minus the deposit.
- Under 14 days: fees are due, but we allow one goodwill transfer for documented emergencies.
- If we cancel or reschedule: full refund or priority transfer, your choice, including deposits.
Eligibility
Courses have published entry requirements; evidence is verified before enrolment. Misrepresented eligibility voids enrolment without refund of costs already incurred on your behalf.
Model sessions
Model appointments are subject to clinical suitability at consultation. No payment is taken if treatment does not proceed. Model prices reflect supervised training sessions and include stated aftercare.
Learning centre
Access is personal and non-transferable; certificates carry public verification codes and remain verifiable indefinitely.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Training certificates document the stated learning outcomes only; delegates are responsible for practising within their own competence, registration and insurance.
