Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL/RPEL) routes let evidenced, experienced injectors skip repeated foundation teaching and complete the Diploma faster (typically 3–6 months) and cheaper (from around £3,250 with us). You still complete the assessments and evidence the portfolio standard, so RPL shortens the route without lowering the bar.
RPL is the sector’s best-kept secret. If you have years of cases and prior training, you should not pay to re-sit your own career. Eligibility rests on evidence (certificates, case logs, insurance history), which we assess free before quoting. What RPL never does, anywhere reputable, is waive the assessment standard: your portfolio and observed assessments meet the same external verification as the standard route. That is what keeps the award meaningful, yours included.
