We are not running this course at present. This page is published as a guide to what the training involves and what to check before booking it anywhere, rather than as a course for sale. Aurelia Institute holds no awarding organisation approval at this time, so we cannot award a regulated qualification. No UK law requires one to practise, which we explain in our guide to what the regulation actually requires.

Respect the nose
Non-surgical rhinoplasty produces some of the most grateful patients in aesthetics and some of its most catastrophic complications. We teach it the only way we believe is defensible: tiny cohorts, strict model screening, aspiration discipline, and a certificate you have to earn rather than one included in the ticket price.
The day
- The anatomy that decides outcomes (dorsal arcade, tip vascularity, post-surgical scarring)
- A selection workshop using real referral cases, deciding who gets treated and who gets refused, with the script for refusing
- Technique work with deep midline micro-boluses, volumes measured in fractions of millilitres
- The rescue drill (ischaemia recognition, hyalase flooding protocol, ophthalmic escalation)
- Supervised cases at 2:1 with an explicit competence decision
Frequently asked questions
The nose has the least forgiving vascular anatomy in aesthetics; anastomoses with the ophthalmic circulation make it the leading filler cause of visual loss. Two delegates per trainer is the maximum we consider defensible.
