Where paramedics stand
Paramedics are HCPC-registered, which places you among the statutorily regulated professionals recognised in the JCCP’s framework. That matters twice over: it is the basis insurers underwrite against today, and it is the professional category England’s proposed licensing scheme is being designed around.
Prescribing, practically
Most paramedic injectors work with a prescriber who consults each patient face to face; check any personal prescribing annotation against cosmetic use carefully. Remote prescribing for cosmetic procedures is banned by every UK regulator, so whatever your arrangement, it is built on in-person consultations.
Insurance
Cover exists but is narrower than for the statutory prescribing professions; confirm named-insurer acceptance in writing before booking. We run this check with you at a free eligibility review before you pay anything, and hand you the current insurer criteria in writing.

The route
The Foundation Botox & Dermal Filler course is the entry point: online theory, then two supervised clinical days at a published 4:1 ratio with four to six models per delegate. From there, supervised cases, the Advanced course, and the Level 7 Diploma when you want the regulated credential.
