Manchester is doable from here as well, which is unusual. The west coast route north is direct, and a Manchester day is realistically a day trip with an early start rather than an overnight, if you are prepared to leave before you would like to. Some people do choose Manchester for date availability or because it fits around family. That option is genuinely open to you where it would not be from most of the south east. Where English regulation has got to

Milton Keynes is in England, and the English position is simpler than the noise around it suggests. No licensing scheme is in force. There is no licence to apply for, no council permission required to inject, and no course that can grant you one.

The Department of Health and Social Care published its response on 7 August 2025 and confirmed a three tier model, with procedures sorted into red, amber and green, and both botulinum toxin and dermal fillers placed in the amber tier under healthcare professional oversight. That is the direction ministers have chosen. It is policy rather than law, and it has no legal effect on your practice until regulations are made and commenced. There is one firm legal rule already in place in England. Under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, giving botulinum toxin or a cosmetic filler to anyone under eighteen for cosmetic purposes is an offence, as is arranging or booking such a treatment. Consent, from the client or from a parent, does not provide a way around it.

A planned town and the clients it produces
