We want every learner, model and visitor to use this site and our venues with dignity and ease. This statement describes what we have built and how to tell us where it falls short.
This website
- Designed to WCAG 2.2 AA: skip links, visible focus indicators, semantic landmarks and headings, labels on every form control, status messages announced to assistive technology.
- Fully keyboard operable, including menus, accordions, the route finder and quizzes.
- Touch targets meet minimum sizes; text scales with browser settings; motion respects your reduced-motion preference.
- Colour contrast meets AA across the design system; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Video pages include transcripts; we are extending captions across the library.
Our venues
Both training centres offer step-free access and accessible facilities. Tell us any requirements when booking, delegate or model, and we will make the arrangements work.
