What hair transplant technicians really do

Most of the work in a hair transplant is done by technicians, and almost nobody says that out loud. Graft harvesting, sorting under magnification and placement all sit with them. It is long, precise, physical work. Good clinics train and supervise it properly. We teach the role honestly, including who is legally responsible for the procedure and where a technician’s scope ends.
